Thai Green Chicken Curry

"Green Chicken Curry is a really delicious Thai recipe. Thai food lover can cook this food very easily. The green curry is made with green curry paste. The paste mainly consists of cilantro root or cilantro stems (not the leaves). The green colour of the paste comes from green chilies. The dish is very easy to cook. Within half an hour, you can cook it. The recipe is taken from Asian Inspirations which tells that the cooked food can be served to 3-4 people."

NotesIngredients:
500g chicken fillet (cut into bite size)
400ml TCC Coconut Milk
100g green beans, trimmed and halved
½ jar Valcom Green Curry Paste
½ cup water
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups eggplant (cubed)
2 tbsp Valcom Kaffir Lime Leaves
2 cups basil leaves
red chilli (for garnish)

Cooking Time15 min

  1. 1. Keep the pot in medium heat and stir-fry the green curry paste with oil until you sense the aromatic fragrance. Add the coconut oil and beans with that.

  2. Add chicken and heat more. Then gradually add water, fish sauce and sugar.

  3. Add eggplant, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves in the end.

  4. Serve this with rice.
