Easy Homemade Chargha Style Chicken

"Chargha is traditional Pakistani dish of deep fried whole chicken. The dish originated from Lahore, Pakistan. It is a street food available almost everywhere throughout Pakistan. It also has many variations according to region. The chicken is marinated in spices for 2 hours or over night. After the marination it is steamed and then deep fried. Here, I do not use whole chicken but chicken pieces, so it is not a chargha in a traditional sense but is marinated and cooked in the same style. Hence, this recipe is an Easy Homemade Chargha Style Chicken. "
