" Chicken and Spinach Skillet Dinner was sooooo good! First of all, it has a nice fresh taste and was very easy to put together. Also, I didn’t feel like messing with side dishes so I served it with long grain rice that I cooked in chicken broth. Perfection! The fresh spinach in the recipe is cooked just long enough for it to retain it's gorgeous bright green color. This ones a keeper!"
