Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 pieces thinly sliced sliced packaged ham
  • 6 pieces packaged swiss cheese
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 package saltine crackers
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

Pound the chicken breasts to flatten and enlarge. Sprinkle with pepper. Place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on breast. Roll up and secure with toothpick. break up crackers into a fine breading. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breading. Saute until outside is brown. Place in 9x12 casserole dish. Mix both cans of soup together along with the milk, heat thoroghly, pour over chicken, Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
