"So much attention is paid to chicken breasts, but dark meat deserves equal attention! That little extra fat in the leg means they are less likely to dry out - juicier meat with more flavor. Isn't this what we all want? Make them on the grill by quickly searing first over direct heat and then moving them to indirect heat to cook more slowly. Use a meat thermometer to monitor, and add the BBQ sauce near the end to prevent burning. The results will delight you!"
