Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 can (11-ounces) tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1 cup Cheddar or American cheese
  • 8 ounce macaroni noodles
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles as directed on package.
     
  2. Cook the meat in butter, add onion and garlic, cook until golden brown. Drain off grease.
     
  3. Add tomato soup, water, and seasonings.  Cover and let simmer fo 5 minutes.
     
  4.  Combine everything in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
     
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
