Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • oregano, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice cabbage and cook in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons butter until done. Drain well.
     
  2. Stir together the rest of the ingredients and blend with the cabbage.
     
  3. Place mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with more Parmesan and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
