Classic Tuna Casserole

When I think of casserole, the first thing I think of is Classic Tuna Casserole. Easy casserole meals like this make last minute dinners a breeze...and you can easily feed lots of people without working all day in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1 can (about 7 ounces) tuna, drained and coarsely flaked
  • 1 cup cooked green peas, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Empty soup into a small casserole dish. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup potato chips, tuna, and peas to soup; stir well. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup potato chips.
     
  3. Bake until cooked through.
