Ingredients

  • 4 cup White Rice
  • 16 ounce Canned Corn
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion
  • 29 ounce Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Bacon
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Assemble the casserole in a 13×9 baking dish in order of ingredients ending with bacon on top, which will slightly cover each other in layers.
