Passover Candies

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cup matzo farfel
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Mix all ingredients until matzo and nuts are completely coated. On an ungreased cookie sheet, take a teaspoon full at a time and place on the cookie sheet. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Variation: Make these with a 3 1/2 oz can of chinese noodles (the very thin round ones) instead of the matzo farfel.
