Cappuccino Truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon brandy flavoring
  • 7 ounce marshmallow creme
  • 3 cup crushed chocolate wafers
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoon orange peel
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
  • coconut to coat

Instructions

Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
