  • 4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Cake Flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Salted Butter
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Butter Flavoring
  • 7 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup Salted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Blue Food Coloring
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line the bottoms of 3-9” cake pans with parchment paper and lightly spray with baking spray. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
