Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 cup flour
- 3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup 7-Up

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Cream sugar and margarine and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add flour. Beat in lemon juice and 7-Up.
