Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix, prepared
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 10 maraschino cherries
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced thin
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare the cake batter according to package directions. Set aside.

Place butter in 9x13-inch baking dish. Place dish in the oven and melt butter. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and add brown sugar evenly over the melted butter.

Sprinkle pineapple chunks, cherries, oranges and kiwis evenly over the brown sugar mixture.

Gently pour cake batter over the top of the fruit, spread evenly.

Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 5-7 minutes and then carefully turn out onto a board.
