Perfect Peach Upside Down Cake

This peach cake recipe will turn your world upside down. In Perfect Peach Upside Down Cake, the peaches come out on top, literally. A sweet layer of juicy peaches sits atop a delicious cake made from scratch. Although upside down cakes are commonly made with pineapple, the peach version is just as good, if not better. We give this recipe a double thumbs up, especially during the dog days of summer when peaches are plentiful.
