Ingredients

  • 2 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  2. In sauce pan mix together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes.
     
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters. Carefully drop them into the hot mixture one at a time, stirring occasionally.
     
  4. Add pineapple and nuts.
     
  5. Pour into a well-greased bundt pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Turn onto plate.
