  • 8 ounce Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 8 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place chopped chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is fully melted. Set aside to cool briefly.
