- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 12 ounce Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 packages vanilla instant pudding

Put crushed oreo cookies in bowl.

In another bowl cream butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

In another bowl mix vanilla instant pudding according to package directions plus milk and Cool Whip.
- Blend pudding mixture and cream cheese mixture together, then layer cookies and filling mixture until you run out.
