Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 ounce butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Grease and line the base and sides of a 7-inch springform tin with a baking paper

  3. In a food processor, add the flour, 2.5 oz of butter and 1 slightly beaten egg.

  4. Pulse until its crumbly.

  5. Divide the dough into two.

  6. Press one half of the dough into the base of the tin and set aside.
