"Forget about nachos, they are so last year. Currently, the rave is totchos! Yep, totchos are nachos that are made with tater tot potatoes instead of tortilla chips. For my Mexican Street Corn Totchos, I baked tater tots until they extra crisp. Next, I made the popular Street Corn which by the way is good on everything! I loaded the tater tots with street corn, cheese, jalapenos, sauce, and cilantro. So good! My boys ask for it almost every day! Perfect for game day, after school, or paired with a salad for dinner."
