Zucchini Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup peeled, shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and zucchini. Mix the dry ingredients together and gradually add to first mixture. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (until center is set). May frost if desired.
