Peanut Butter Puddle Brownies

The pairing of peanut butter and chocolate is perfected in this amazing recipe for Peanut Butter Puddle Brownies. Many brownie recipes have tried to incorporate peanut butter, but none have been as successful, or as delicious as this sweet combo recipe. So why are these blissful bites called "puddles"? Well, because their peanut butter centers look like little puddles of heavenly filling! Not many peanut butter recipes can come close to the awesome taste of these Puddle Brownies, so be sure to make a batch ASAP.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 container PB Crave Razzle Dazzle Peanut Butter (or any peanut butter)
  • mini chocolate chips, for garnish
  • raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the brownie batter, as directed on the package.

  3. Generously spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill about 3/4 of the way.

  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until they’re just cooked through.

  5. While they’re warm, use a handle, or your thumb to gently create an indentation for the peanut butter. Do not go all the way through the brownie.

  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan. Pop each brownie out of the tin.

  7. Fill the indentation with a scoop of peanut butter and top with some mini chocolate chips (or a raspberry).
