Tomato Jam with Bacon
"Use deliciously fresh tasting tomatoes with crispy bacon to make tomato jam with bacon. Spread it on bread, add to pasta and soup. Tomato Jam has been on my “must make” list for a couple of years now. My desire for homemade tomato jam started with dinner at a favorite restaurant of ours. Their most popular pasta dish is topped with a dollop of fresh tomato jam. Wow, oh, wow does the tomato jam make this dish. In fact the jam is so good, I would be happy to eat it with a spoon."
