"This Dutch Baby comes out of the oven puffy and impressive, but it's a switch from the typical fruity and sweet dutch babies. This one includes all of those southwestern and tex-mex flavors everyone loves with roasted poblano peppers, cheese and chorizo sausage. It can be topped however you like but suggestions are cilantro, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa. Perfect for brunch or breakfast, it also makes a delightful light supper. This Dutch Baby is special enough to serve on holidays. "
