Smoky Hash Brown Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 smoky links
  • 1/2 pk (12-oz) frozen hash brown-potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, separated into rings
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green chiles
  • 1 slice processed American cheese
  • Taco sauce, if desired

Instructions

Cut Smoky links lengthwise. Cook hashbrowns in oil 5-7 minutes. Turn. Add Smokies and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Top hashbrowns with Smokies, onions, chiles and cheese. Cover. Heat 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 1.
