"This Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl is full of healthy seasonal goodies to stave off those sweet cravings. It’s naturally sweetened with the delicious flavor of pomegranate. Pomegranates are so sweet and give this smoothie a delicious flavor. The banana and frozen fruit thicken it up and it’s the perfect canvas for all those healthy toppings wasting away in your pantry. How pretty is that? You can feel good about this delicious breakfast bowl because it’s full of powerful antioxidants."

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate arils
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berry)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond) adjust to desired consistency
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix.

  2. Taste and adjust to your preferred thickness. Add ice to make it thicker or milk to make it thinner.

  3. Top with chia seeds, pomegranate arils, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs and/or chia seeds
