Ingredients

  • 2 french baguettes
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  1. Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan. Arrange cut bread in the pan in 2 even layers.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour mixture evenly over the bread.
