Easy Overnight Brunch

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup plain croutons
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 pound pork sausage
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
     
  2. Brown and drain sausage.
     
  3. In dish, layer croutons, 1 cup cheese and sausage until all are gone. Beat eggs and 2 1/2 cup milk and pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight.
     
  4. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
     
  5. Just before baking, mix soup and milk and pour over all. Bake 1 1/2 hrs.
