"To begin with, not all crepes need to be sweet. Secondly not all creams need to be made with refined flour. The version of crepes is probably one of the bests I have had. You must try this Galette Bretonne. Having this for breakfast is like eating the breakfast of champions. It’s a delicious buckwheat crepe. Yes Buckwheat who would have thought of it. What makes this even better, is that the filling of this Galette Bretonne is cheese, eggs and ham. Having these three items as fillings is well like eating a little bit of heaven"
