"This muffin will make you feel good about eating breakfast. It’s a simple 2 bowl recipe that utilized precooked or packaged ready-to-eat oatmeal. They muffins are soft, moist, and ultra springy. They have a slight chewiness and overall fantastic texture. There’s coconut oil, milk, brown sugar. Each of these items can be replaced to adapt the recipe to your needs. Use applesauce instead butter, almond/soy milk instead of regular, and coconut sugar instead of brown sugar. These muffins are a great grab-and-go breakfast!"
