"With school back in session….I need something quick and easy for my morning breakfast. I love Avocados and with me trying to be somewhat healthy this works. You could have these on their own or pair them with your other favorite breakfast items. It's a great way to sneak in those extra veggies for the kids too when they're enjoying this dish.
