Biscuits & Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (tube)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Crumble sausage in a large pan and brown until all pink is gone. Pour off fat and out back on fire. Add milk, heat gently until nearly boiling. Mix corn starch with water, when milk/sausage is hot, blend in. Mix well. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat. Salt & pepper to taste.
