"I love the flavors of fall. It’s the time of year when I go into pumpkin and apple overload – and I am totally OK with that. As life continues to be crazy this time of year for most families, quick meal ideas are a must. I find pumpkin recipes so comforting. We eat them all year long at my house. Yes, I know they are a key ingredient in many fall recipes, but daughter Gabrielle loves all things pumpkin. So, I keep a few cans of pumpkin puree so I can bake her some pumpkin recipes throughout the year. "
