Sourdough Discard Biscuit Recipe

"Use your sourdough discard to make these delicious biscuits. This is an easy biscuit recipe that uses common pantry staples to make sourdough biscuits. They are light and fluffy and have the perfect texture. I like to eat them with butter or jam, but they also work well for biscuits and gravy or other dinner ideas. Store leftovers for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. I heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften them after storing."
