"Baking at home has been on the rise in recent years, it brings comfort and joy to the kitchen. If you’ve been looking for an easy recipe to try out your newfound baking skills, Pumpkin Bread is the perfect place to start. Not only is it delicious and aromatic, but it also requires minimal ingredients and time. Once again it’s really, excessively hot in Minnesota so I chose to bake this in my Traeger so I didn’t heat up the house anymore than I had to and it turned out amazing with just a hint of smoky flavor. Of course I’m sure it’s just as delicious baked in an oven."

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
