Ingredients

  • 16 ounce All Purpose Flour
  • 6 tablespoon Water
  • 5 ounce Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 ounce Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Canola Oil
  • 2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Raspberry Jelly
  • 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 2/3 cup Unsalted Peanuts Chopped
  1. Combine the lukewarm buttermilk, water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Whisk to dissolve the yeast. Leave for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add in the egg, melted butter, and salt.
