  • 1 cup Creamy Sweetened Peanut Butter
  • 2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the inside of an 8.5 by 4.5-inch loaf pan with butter or spray it with cooking spray.

  2. Add the peanut butter and brown sugar to a large bowl. Use a handheld electric mixer to beat until combined. Beat in the eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
