Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Instant Yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 6 tablespoon Salted Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  1. Add the warm water to a large bowl and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit a few minutes until foamy. Stir in the sugar, garlic powder, melted butter, olive oil, and salt.

  2. Gradually mix in the flour by hand or using a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Knead for 10 minutes, and then shape the dough into a ball, place it into a large bowl oiled with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and cover with a clean kitchen towel.
