Vanilla Raisin Bread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raisins macerated in 3 tablespoons vanilla for at least one hour
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 1/2 cup all purpose or bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast

Instructions

Select basic or SWEET setting.
