Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 C. bread flour
- 1/2 C wheat flour
- 1 1/2 TB butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 C warm water
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/2 C pumpkin
Instructions
Add to machine, select white bread. Try it with orange rind, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. ginger instead of the pumpkin pie spice.
