- 1 cup white bread flour 250 mL
- 2/3 cup rye flour 150 mL
- 1/3 cup whole wheat bread flour 75 mL
- 2 tbsp cornmeal 30 mL
- 1 tbsp sugar 15 mL
- 1 tbsp cocoa 15 mL
- 1 tsp salt 5 mL
- 1-3/4 tsp bread machine yeast 8 mL
