Mock Sour Dough Bread (abm)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound Loaf
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon yeast, bread machine
Instructions
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select white or French cycle.
