  • 1 pound Veal Cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  1. Season the veal on both sides with garlic salt and pepper. Dredge each cutlet in flour and shake off excess.
