Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flank Steak
  • 1 cup Homemade Fajita Marinade
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Large Green bell pepper
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 6 Corn Tortillas
  1. Cut flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Place meat into a gallon sized plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and allow to marinate at room temperature for one hour.
