Mini Beef Loaves

These fabulous little individual meatloaves are extra flavorful because they are made with beef broth and have a secret ingredient that your family won't expect. Little, cute and delicious, do not pass on this wonderful meatloaf recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.25-ounces) Campbell's beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce
  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 6 cup hot mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup gravy, 1/4 cup picante sauce, beef, bread crumbs and egg in a large bowl. Shape the mixture firmly into 6 loaves and place into a large baking pan.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the meat loaves are cooked through.

  4. Heat the remaining gravy and picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the gravy with the meat loaves and potatoes.
