Ground Beef Stroganoff

"Originally of Russian origin, Beef Stroganoff has become a comfort food favorite around the world. What’s not to love? It’s easy. It’s delicious. And, for me, it reminds me of childhood. Win-win-win! This from-scratch version uses lean ground beef instead of strips of beef. While the more traditional version with strips of beef is mighty tasty, I actually prefer this version instead. This Ground Beef Stroganoff recipe is cooked from scratch, but don’t let that deter you. I know a bunch of those “dinner in a box” kits include beef stroganoff as an option. You don’t need that! Those versions are often bland and boring. This version will have you licking the bowl clean!"
