Country Beef & Vegetables

This 20-minute dish cooks in just one skillet, and features tomato seasoned ground beef, mixed veggies, rice and cheese. Simple and hearty, it doesn't get any better than easy beef recipes. Cook it for your family tonight.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (26-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded (to taste)
  • 1 (16-ounces) bag of mixed frozen vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

  2. Stir the soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve the beef mixture over the rice. Top with the cheese.
