Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, cut into medium pieces
  • 3 red tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounce plain bread crumbs
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Place all ingredients except ketchup into a large bowl; mix all together well.
     
  3. Place mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
     
  4. Remove from oven let stand 10-15 minutes. Spread ketchup over top of loaf and serve.
