Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flank Steak
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Snow Peas
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Canned Bean Sprouts
  • 3 1/2 ounce Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Asian Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 7 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water to stop cooking, and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, pour 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil over the sliced meat. Mix together until meat is completely coated. Set aside.
