Asian Braised Beef

By: John Goins from Winosity
Asian Braised Beef

"This is a saucy and savory beef dish. It would be great as a light refreshment at a party or as part of a weeknight dinner. If you like things spicy, you can also substitute green pepper for green chili. Sesame seeds and scallions would be great toppings for this dish as well. This bold flavored braised beef needs a red wine that can compete with the intensity of the dish. Here are the top choices for full-bodied red wines to pair with this dish: Red Bordeaux, Meritage, Zinfandel"
